He was able to let me into one of our rooms but the second one was not ready yet. I let him know I had 4 kids with me and well just sat on the beach for hours. It was unacceptable as I was not only infomred my room would be ready by 2:30 and it was now 3:55pm but the man at the desk told me to get back in line that the room would be ready at 4! AT FOUR! FIVE MINUTES from the time I was standing there. When I got to the front of the line they told me the same thing.
The people infront of me were getting turned away saying their rooms werent ready. There was a long line at check in however there was a convention going on and the line moved fairly quickly. We left the beach and headed back up to the hotel at 345pm. I took the kids to the beach (there were 7 of us total, we got 2 rooms). I arrived at 12pm and was told our rooms would be ready at 2:30pm. I requested early check-in, (check-in is at 4pm) and I knew that it was not guaranteed which was fine. However, there are some customer service that needs improvement. The room size is great and there is a lot to do in the hotel and surrounding areas.
